The success of the role hinges on the ability to work cross functionally in the business to maximise the utilisation of site assets; ensuring that the business maintains maximum effectiveness and benefits from existing site technology, developing concepts, strategies and budgets for the timely introduction of new manufacturing methods and technologies. The job holder will proactively drive and manage the structure, culture and behavioural values for site utilities to ensure that the factory is provided with adequate and timely resources in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment.
