The Chief Operating Officer works closely with the SVP Europe Games and the Europe games label management team to drive the planning, organization and control of key operational activities of the studio groups. He/she also works in close partnership with the worldwide label COO group, the GMs and management teams of each studio and with our external partners to achieve success for their individual studio and the group. They agree, monitor and clarify clear targets of where each studio is and where they aim to be in the future and drives activities that achieve the group aims and objectives.
