Manage and facilitate the implementation of local infrastructure (people, processes and systems) to contribute to the success of GERE International in the debt arena; Act as an ambassador and impart best practice for the booking, underwriting and asset management of debt transactions on the P&Ls; Establish approved lending program in all geographies (to include CMBS bonds).
