As part of our aspiration to strengthen clinical and business management we need high calibre general managers to lead two of our Clinical Directorates. Working to the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for transforming services within the area to the very highest standards our children, young people and families deserve. This will include ensuring key financial and performance targets are met but these are only the basics of what we want to achieve.
