Responcible for 8-14 stores with a turnover of approx £90million. You should have previous experience at a multi-site level and be able to translate regional business goals into District goals, setting the business and cultural direction for the District. Drive and deliver District sales and profit. Drive the delivery of Store Standards throughout the District. Demonstrate and re-enforce the TK Maxx core behaviours. Coach and develop current and future Store Managers in commerical, operational and leadership skills. Ensure the development and retention of the Store Op's pool of talent.
