Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a dynamic and cohesive team at the clinic and in meeting performance and business targets. The role will involve liaising with all operational departments to ensure best practise is delivered and working with the senior team to communicate the vision and values of the business to its customers.
