The Distribution General Manager will carry full operational responsibility for the Processing Centre to ensure the efficient and cost-effective storage, processing and onward movement of merchandise. The remit will be to reduce cost, improve operational efficiency and provide outstanding levels of service to the Cross Docking Centres and Stores. Acting as a custodian of the business, it will be necessary to ensure that the mission, vision and values of TK Maxx are correctly represented in every part of the distribution operations, and with both internal and external customers.
