You will act as the lead operator in all restaurant capital investment projects for Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants, sitting in between the Property and Finance teams to ensure all Project Approval Requests (PARs) presented to the Whitbread Executive Team reflect a deliverable set of assumptions.
