Develop a Business Plan on a yearly basis to meet the 4 year plan target for Order Intake. Propose and update yearly the budget for the Unit to develop in line with the 4YP and the Business strategy. Total commitment and responsibility to meet the unit KPI's with focus on the delivery of OI and Cash, putting into place a strong programme for the systematic reductions of cost.
