JOB DESCRIPTION

Full profit and loss responsibility for a dual site concern encompassing 150,000 square feet and poised for significant expansion over the next five years; Growing the business and developing the employees to their maximum potential, whilst operating within agreed budgets; Responsible for improving delivery and quality in a small batch environment, and negotiating effectively with customers to ensure profit margins are maintained and improved where possible.
