JOB DESCRIPTION

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Project Director to undertake a crucial role in the ongoing drive to improve NHS facilities, both new-build and refurbishment. You will be an experienced Project Director with a professional building qualification i.e., RICS, RIBA, CIOB and an extensive background in Construction/Surveying. You will possess in-depth knowledge of Capital funding, legislative and regulatory requirements. Previous experience working within the NHS is desirable but not essential.
