In this Senior Regional Role, you will be responsible for the provision of maintaining and developing a professional Estate Management service including providing maintenance, and Capital Planning and Project Management services to 3rd party organisations. Ensuring that the SPV NHS Trust Clients have adequate building and engineering expertise required to maintain the hospital buildings and infrastructure 365 days a year, 24hrs a day within prescriptive SLA and penalty frameworks.
