JOB DESCRIPTION

A Store Manager within B&Q is a challenging role where you’ll be responsible for running your own store with 150 employees and a sales turnover of up to £12 million. This means you’ll be fully accountable for driving sales and exceeding profit targets, developing and implementing business plans and communicating targets and objectives to your team.
