JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary responsibilities will include leading and developing a high performing local operations leadership team with global impact at one of our manufacturing facilities, and driving continuous improvements in core plant performance metrics. This associate will need to lead, motivate, mentor and integrate the activities of all local operations related functions including: production, EH&S, planning & procurement, warehouse & logistics, engineering workshop & facilities, quality & process engineering, etc. in fulfillment of functional and business objectives.
