JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary role is the day-to-day management of principal M&A transactions (divestments, acquisitions, JV agreements) from origination through to closing. In particular, the role involves leading financial modelling and valuation analysis, preparation of investment proposals, target screening, liaising with business divisions and infrastructure functions within the Bank and with external advisors.
