This role is responsible for running a large team of Creative, Technical and Project Management who drive to achieve a very busy activity plan. Key focus will be on how this activity plan is achieved, how resources are deployed (with external assistance when required), how the team is shaped and moulded to meet the demands of the business. The position will require a good understanding of the commercial and business drivers to ensure that project priorities are set and met.
